You thought the Samsung Galaxy Note was a UFO in the world of telephony? LG did even better (or worse depending on the viewpoint) with Optimus Vu. The first model was released in Korea first with a 5-inch screen and a 4:3 ratio, which is rather strange at first contact.
Samsung announced at IFA its Galaxy Note 2 and the LG response should not delay because several images of presentation of the new "phablet" LG just fuiter. We learn that the 4:3 ratio is maintained, with a 5-inch screen and a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. The processor is a dual-core Qualcomm MSM8960 clocked at 1.5 GHz (against a quad-core Samsung Exynos 4412 to 1.6 GHz). 2GB of RAM will be waiting for you, just like a 2150 mAh battery (3100 mAh cons). Bad news because this terminal will Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) ... and knowing LG, Jelly Bean is not going to happen quickly.
